El viaje comenzó en Puerto Montt, con un emocionante y hermoso vuelo de 35 minutos en avioneta hasta la ciudad de Chaitén, para luego continuar por tierra en un trayecto que tarda alrededor de dos horas para finalmente llegar a nuestro ansiado destino, el especta- cular Uman Lodge.

Ubicado en Futaleufú, en un fundo de 500 hectáreas llamado La Confluencia, con 100 de ellas destinadas a la producción agroturís- tica y otras 400 a la conservación del bosque autóctono. El lodge está emplazado sobre un acantilado, sobre la confluencia de los ríos Espolón y Futaleufú, con una imponente vista a las montañas que rodean el valle y al her- moso pueblo de Futaleufú.

The journey began in Puerto Montt, with an exciting and beautiful 35-minute flight in a twin-engine plane to the city of Chai- tén. Afterwards we travelled by land about two hours to arrive at our final destination, the spectacular Uman Lodge.

It’s located in Futaleufú on a 500-hectare (1,235-acre) estate named “La Confluen- cia”, 100 hectares (247 acres) being desti- ned for agricultural-tourism purposes and the other 400 (988 acres) to the conserva- tion of native forests. The lodge is situated on a cliff overlooking the joining of the Es- polón and Futaleufú Rivers, with an ama- zing view of the mountains that surround the valley and the lovely town of Futaleufú.In the midst of impressive and solitary scenery of abundant vegetation, we find this exclusive hotel featuring modern ar- chitecture and design, built with the finest quality materials that add warmth to its spaces.
